I don't know what I'd do without meal planning. It saves us time and money and it isn't that hard to do!
SATURDAY
B: Donuts (special treat from the store)

L: Potluck at church
D: Either leftovers from potluck or pancakes for kids/TV dinner (like Healthy Choice) for adults
MONDAY

L: Hotdogs and fruit
D: Red beans and rice

TUESDAY
We will be out of town all day, so we'll be grabbing lunch from wherever we are at, but dinner will be at our favorite Mexican restaurant!

D: Meatloaf, baked beans, and mock "mashed potatoes"

I meal plan as well, because you're right, it saves so much money and time!
I wanted to add (before my baby started crying haha) that it really helps to not be left standing in front of the fridge wondering what you can make with a hodge podge mess of ingredients! Thanks for sharing :)
