Watch the video below for a better understanding....

These stools start at $35 and go all the way up to $80. You can get them in three different designs.

SIZING GUIDE:
Because toilets come in many heights and people have different flexibility, the Squatty Potty Ecco comes in two sizes: 7" and 9". Order the 7" if you are new to squatting. If you are advanced, limber, or have a tall comfort height toilet, get the 9".

I'll admit, I was hooked after watching the video, but I'm still not sure if my husband even uses the stool! He rolled his eyes when the box showed up! The kids, however, were lining up waiting for their turn to try it!

Here's what I think....
The Squatty Potty is a great thing. We aren't designed to be sitting and by squatting we are able to improve our elimination. An improved elimination means a possible decrease in many modern day ailments including bloating, straining, hemorrhoids, and constipation. A healthy diet PLUS the Squatty Potty equals healthy colon!

Advantages of using the Squatty Potty

Using the squatty potty provides a stable platform to elevate the feet and legs, allowing greater hip flexion and straightening out the anorectal angle (kink).

Using the Squatty Potty:

  • Will unkink your rectum taking you from a continent mode to elimination mode
  • Will allow for easier elimination and efficiency to empty the bowel
  • Help reduce episodes of constipation and help those who suffer from chronic constipation
  • Reduce gas and bloating making you feel lighter & healthier ~ SquattyPotty.Com

And without getting into details.... It works!

I am super excited to be able to offer this giveaway- Winner will choose a Squatty Potty of their choice!

My husband really wants one of these!

My oldest son would not potty train on the toilet for elimination until he, on his own, started squatting standing on the seat! He must be smarter than the rest of us. We could really use this.

I've heard of this but hadn't realized someone had gone so far as to make an appliance to accomplish it! Only in America.

my daughter has constipation issues, I think this might help?

I learned while pregnant how much squatting helped with elimination, and I still squat on the toilet seat when needed, but I broke a toilet seat that way and know this would be a much better solution.

I know that I sometimes have to change positions to make things more comfortable. This sounds like it would be interesting to try.

I have been wanting one of these for a while... Though I am much better now, constipation was a huge issue for me as a child.
